I rly recommend u guys to check the chinese shopping app called TaoBao and benefit from the ideas that made this app the most successful shopping app in China! I think u should add a photo search so we can look for the items we want easier And I guess if u add more of the products that aren’t easily found when U go shopping in Egypt like Oversized hoodies, cool long socks, cushions which I searched for so so long but can’t find in stores in Egypt and maybe u should provide more information about the product like how many left in stock and what colors are available and stuff like that As for me I rly rly wish Egypt will have a good reliable shopping app I hope my review could help App app developers to make it into a better and an easier app to use

Fraudulent like everyone else

Putting higher prices for the same items then giving it a sale of 30% just to show you how great the sale is but guess what , i’ve been tracking the item price for 2 months now and you suddenly popped up the main price a couple of thousands and with a bigger sale you still sell the item with the same price or even more expensive than before , you need better developers by the way cause you are listing a 55 inch smart curved 4k HD screen with the same main price (price without discount) of a 55 inch normal 4k HD screen lol , that shows how rigid are you .. deleting the app

Very bad!

When I requested the items the delivery was very fast and when the size doesn’t fit i made a return request for 5 shoes and 1 pullover since 23 November till today 4 December and your delivery picked up the items and nothing of the credits added to my account and your customer service says that the Dilevery person haven’t dropped the items yet in App stores !!!!! This is not my problem all this stories that you make to return something and also the items quality is very poor Update : finally problem solved yesterday 5 December. Thanks!

Worse Deleivery service and customer service

My 14 years old son ordered something from them and they changed the Deleivery time more than 5 times , their drivers are extremely rude and when I tried to call their customer service (Nourhan) to complain she didn’t even seem interested in hearing the problem and after 48 hours after the complaint no body even bothered to call and check that I had to cancel the order , avoid using them as much as possible .
