No response from customer service very delayed returns

You never reply to my emails to the customer service I have returned an item last month and didn’t get any refund or exchange till now and I sent several emails and called by phone and nothing happy I wonder if I will get my refund . The worst customer service and very difficult and delayed return or exchange .

Very bad delivery service, you took full payment of the purchases and my order exceeded your “7 working days” policy. No tracking for the shipment. I am doubting that this is an authentic website, seems to me like a scam. Zero to your customer service as well
