The application is of very poor quality, one that doesn’t suit a reputable company like vodafone. Apart from the very hard UX and the disorganization of services scattered between tabs, and the lack of on-boarding and many other basic mobile app functionalities, I am most frustrated about two things. The app is only designed for users with mobile operator as Vodafone and neglects USB users, for instance, so that I can reset my password, I have to do it over 3G which is frustrating if I have the app operating on a phone with another mobile operator, and I can’t log in to see my USB usage. The other more frustrating thing, when I finally logged into the app, and pressed the menu, I was met by a totally black empty screen with no buttons for the services to click.
Furthermore, the application does not display accurate information at all, but that is only regarding my USB package and usage. For example, my maximum data usage I signed up for was 20GB, whilst the app displays 40GB. While that is trivial, but it is very very unprofessional. Overall, I dread using this application, and while it should be an easy mean to do the most basic tracking and recharging of my service, the app makes it really hard for me to do so, and finally, I would NEVER trust an application like this with my credit card information. I am very very disappointed.
Very bad experience

Every time i try to recharge credit using my credit card i get a message that some error happened. First customer service suggested that thy had to reactivate the service for my account and said it will be on within 1 hour, still didn't work, only this time the credit card details were removed from my account and i wasn't able to re-add it and i had encountered the same error so the second customer service suggested that this is an issue with my bank, yet i have used this credit card several times on the same app and other apps and working fine, finally they suggested that they deactivate my vodefone account and then i can create a new one just to make sure nothing is wrong with my account. Not sure which experience was worst using the app or having to call customer service!!
But vodafone team can help by telling me how to move my number to a different service provider it will be really helpful. So, vodafone thanks for the worst customer experience ever!
Missing essential info about paid services

Nice app with a clean UI but missing important info about the paid services it provides. While browsing around and checking services it will auto subscribe you to a lot of services. Clicking on a service to see what is it and how can you use it will automatically subscribe you to it and you will receive SMS saying they took money from your account and it will be automatically renewed every month THEN they will tell you what this service do and how can you use it. Not a great user experience.
I am astonished with this wonderful mobile application
I am very happy with this app where I became no longer in need to visit the congested Vodafone branches
I also appreciate so much their effort in developing it
I hope to find more options on the app like these situations that still require my visit to the branch like adding the ADSl or USB modem to my account to pay one assembled bill

Cannot recharge my balance via the app
It takes time to have the home page updated with the actual balance. Sometimes it is very slow in being accessed. Since last version update, I cannot recharge my balance via the app. There is no way to do it. Each time, there is an error “Something went wrong. Please try later”. I had to put my credit card and to be charged one pound from my balance to do so!!! Then when I try to recharge, I get the error!!! I cound not recharge on time and I lost the remaining balance from last month due to this issue. I called the hotline who advised simply it is an app issue... very frustarting!
They steel your money with this app
The developers have restricted access to Vodafone Cash service to mobile data. You get a statement saying "don't worry you won't be charged megabytes for using this app!" But in practice the moment you switch from wifi to mobile data 127 piasters will be automatically deducted from your balance (when you are not subscribed to a data package) because naturally some apps, including system apps, will secretly access the Internet without permission. So that is the developers secret and dishonest way of stealing your money.

Complete nightmare to use
Maybe I’m old fashioned, but from a mobile phone services app I want the following things:
1) See my balance and usage
2) easily make payments to my account
3) Not have to conduct multiple complicated steps in order to not be ripped off
But noooooo - In this app we don’t see our balance in real terms, we have to navigate through an extremely complicated maze of “flexes”, making payments through the app doesn’t work, and if you aren’t able to figure out how to “activate your bundle” regularly, then you will find that money you deposit to your account rapidly disappears, and it’s your fault for not “activating your bundle” this month.
Complete rubbish. I showed this app to a Vodafone store manager overseas (Australia). His eyes nearly popped out of his head and he said “What the actual F”.
Disappointing and shameful
The app somehow charged me for twice for one internet bundle! It popped up a confirmation box saying it will deduct the cost twice, one right after the other, and I thought it just glitched so I confirmed both boxes. I at least expected I’d have twice as much bandwidth, but nope. This is a critical bug and I have no idea how they rolled out an official release without proper testing.
I’m not even going to begin with the UI glitches... Such a shame that even Vodafone engineers aren’t capable enough to develop a mobile app
Issue with credit card payment
The interface of the application looks good but I have an issue with recharging my account using credit card as it gives me an error : the receiver has reached the maximum no. Of recharges for this month, however I didn’t face it with the older version.
On a side note please care about iPad users as we want a compatible version.
Signed out and now unable to sign in !!
Can’t believe it happening with one of the biggest ever communication companies !! Always getting error when trying to sign in .. reported the case 2 month ago to red customer service, no action taken, called again, seems they don’t care to sort it out ! One of the worst applications ever I came across .. if you sign in never sign out, trust me, you would never be able to use it again .. shame on you Vodafone !
